Beyond performed HMA mix design and construction Quality Control (CQC) services on this 32-mile, 2-phase Super 2 project, including setting up a mobile HMAC laboratory at batch plant, conducting production HMA Level 1A QC inspection; testing and Level 1B QC inspection; testing of 80k tons of DG-HMA, and 117K tons of SMA. Successful and timely in delivering the QC services for the Phase I project without any quality or safety incident, the General Contractor retained Beyond for the Phase II project.
